With a focus on private equity deals, Andreas Lohbeck specialises in advising on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions and joint ventures. He has particular experience in transactions involving the USA and special expertise in the technology, automotive and industrial sector. His clients particularly appreciate his assertiveness and solution-oriented approach. Andreas’s corporate practice includes advising on reorganisations and complex corporate structuring matters as well as representing his clients in corporate disputes in and out of court.

Andreas started his legal career at a major US law firm before joining CMS in 2012. He has been a principal counsel since 2022. In 2016, he was seconded to a publicly listed holding company working as in-house lawyer for mergers and acquisitions.
