Anne Gabius advises her clients on all aspects of German and European merger control, notifying the European Commission of planned mergers and coordinating multinational merger control proceedings. Her practice also covers suspected market abuse matters and distribution agreements. In the context of fine proceedings, she defends her clients in court and represents them in settlement proceedings.

Anne joined CMS in 2015.
