Barbara Wössner's primary focus is advising multinational groups on transactions in Germany, frequently heading an international team of lawyers from different jurisdictions in the context of pan-European transactions. Her approach is results-driven project management, seeking pragmatic solutions which take account of the specifics of the mandate concerned. Alongside her transactional work, she also provides her clients with advice and guidance on restructuring, corporate reorganisation and general corporate matters.

Barbara has been with CMS since the beginning of her career as a lawyer in 1999. In 2001/2002 she was seconded to the M&A department of Novar plc (now Honeywell). She has been a partner since 2005.
