Dominik von Zehmen specialises in advising listed and non-listed companies on stock corporation law and capital markets law, assisting with cross-border mergers as well as public takeovers including the legal integration of the target companies (squeeze-outs, domination and profit and loss transfer agreements, reorganisations). His day-to-day practice includes preparing and holding shareholders‘ meetings as well as preparing and implementing capital increases. In this context, Dominik also advises his clients on all ensuing capital markets law matters, such as ad hoc notices, the publication of shareholdings and insider guidelines.

Dominik joined CMS in 2016.
