Franziska Reiß advises German and international companies on all aspects of individual and collective employment law, in particular on the preparation and implementation of transfers of business andestructurings, on the drafting of employment contracts and service agreements as well as on the adjustment of working conditions.

Before joining CMS in 2012, Franziska Reiß practiced both as a lawyer (international law firm in Munich) and a judge (Duesseldorf Labor Court).

2021 traffic-light coalition – Impact of the coalition agreement
The “traffic-light” coalition comprising the SPD, the Greens and the FDP has now presented its coalition agreement for the period 2021 to 2025 in Berlin.
