Frederike Volkmann advises German and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, restructurings and corporate actions as well as general corporate law matters including stock corporation law. Her clients include medium-sized businesses and listed companies in Germany and abroad as well as start-ups.

Frederike joined CMS Hamburg in 2014. Prior to that, she was an assistant to the management board and in-house lawyer at Lürssen shipyard in Bremen.
