Isla Brose is one of our counsel in the Dispute Resolution department. Isla primarily acts as counsel in proceedings before the German courts, in national and international arbitration proceedings as well as alternative dispute resolution (ADR) proceedings. Her practice focuses on commercial and corporate disputes as well as cases involving technical issues, banking and fund related disputes as well as other commercial matters. Many of the cases in which Isla advises have an international dimension.

Isla started her legal career at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan in 2016 and joined CMS in 2018. She has been a counsel since 2021.
