Jenny Buchner’s practice focuses on all forms of dispute resolution, representing clients in court as well as in arbitration proceedings. She is a member of the Commercial Team and advises on civil law and commercial matters, primarily in the maritime and transport sector. Her main clients are shipping companies, shipyards as well as logistics and trading companies. Jenny’s work regularly involves dealing with complex legal issues spanning multiple jurisdictions.

Jenny joined CMS in 2014 and was made principal counsel in 2022. In 2019, Jenny completed a secondment in the legal department of an Airbus Group company, where she worked in the areas of commercial and corporate law.
