Katharina Mareike Franitza advises German and international companies on all aspects of corporate law as well as on M&A transactions.

Katharina Mareike joined CMS in 2019 and has been a counsel since 2020. She previously worked for Clifford Chance Deutschland LLP and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP. In 2016/2017, she spent six months on secondment with a leading energy company. She is also a lecturer for the business law postgraduate programme at the University of Muenster.
