Michael Weth advises German and international companies on all aspects of individual and collective employment law. He represents them in dismissal disputes and advises on employment as well as termination agreements. Michael’s practice particularly focuses on company pension systems, including developing and modifying collective agreements, as well as on working time account models and agreements whereby German employees can save part of their working hours or salary to take time off work in the future and their practical implementation. Michael also advises companies on disputes related to the adjustment of company pensions and is an experienced litigator.
Michael started his legal career with law firm Kliemt & Vollstädt in 2013 and joined CMS in 2017.
