Petra Stoeckle advises on complex German and international restructurings and corporate transactions, also coordinating international teams. She has expert know-how and extensive experience in advising companies on cross-border conversions and also advises her clients in ongoing corporate law matters.

Petra joined CMS in 2007 and was made principal counsel in 2023. She was seconded to an internationally operating corporation in 2011 and spent several months at CMS CMNO in London in 2014.

Legal traineeship in the Higher Regional Court District of Nuremberg with three months internship at the law firm Alston & Bird, LLP, New York. In 2007 second state examination and admission as lawyer. Since 2007 lawyer with CMS Hasche Sigle.
