Philine Lindner specialises in advising medium-sized companies and groups on domestic and cross-border corporate tax law matters. With special expertise in reorganisation tax law, she handles national and international company reorganisations and structuring. Her practice also covers private client work, advising high net worth individuals and family businesses on inheritance and gift tax as well as criminal tax law matters.

Philine started her legal career in 2011 with a tax and commercial law firm, before moving on to PwC in 2013. She joined CMS in 2018.
