For more than 30 years, Ralf Dierck has been a trusted partner for major, globally operating companies, representing their interests on different panels and platforms. He advises and represents them in court and in injunction as well as arbitration proceedings with extensive experience in complex civil proceedings and tort litigation (e.g., in failed or cancelled development and IT projects) or claims management. He also has special expertise in compliance management, is a seasoned mediator and knows how to represent clients in sensitive matters.

Industry-wise, Ralf focuses on technology, IT and telecoms and on digital marketing topics. He also has special know-how in the broadband and fibre optic cable network sector, on an operational as well as network level. Lawyer Monthly magazine named him “Technology lawyer of the Year 2019 in Germany”.

As one of the CMS founding partners, he has been a partner since 1994. From 2009 to 2013 he was Global Head of the CMS Technology, Media & Communications practice group.
