Stefan Sieling has extensive know-how of management and employee profit-sharing schemes, stock option programmes and similar share schemes and incentives. He also advises his clients on business acquisitions as well as share deals, always taking strategic considerations into account. Stefan has special expertise in the German public-sector banking industry and has in recent years advised state-owned regional banks and the German Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe on numerous M&A transactions.

He joined CMS in 1995. In 1997, he was seconded to Tissel & Co Advokatfirma AB in Stockholm. He became a partner in 2000. Stefan is also responsible for the CMS Knowledge Management and Legal Tech Teams.
