Tobias Duhe advises clients on all legal and strategic issues of distribution and procurement with a particular focus on German and EU competition law. He has extensive experience in both drafting contracts and enforcing and defending claims before the courts.

In addition, Tobias has expert know-how in German and European merger control and is also familiar with all transaction-related issues (e.g. information exchange and "gun jumping"). He also regularly trains legal departments and sales teams on (competition law related) compliance.

Tobias joined CMS in 2016 and has been Counsel at the law firm since 2023.
