Werner Walk advises medium-sized and large companies on all aspects of labour and employment law with a focus on the German Betriebsverfassungsrecht that governs industrial relations as well as collective bargaining law. He has extensive experience advising on restructuring measures, outsourcing projects and staff reductions and is an expert for co-determination matters, workplace pensions and service agreements for executive bodies, such as directors and board members.

Werner joined CMS in 1995 and has been a partner since 2000. He is a lecturer at the University of Tübingen.
