CMS Guide to Arbitration

We are pleased to present you the fourth edition of the CMS Guide to Arbitration.

The first volume of the Guide contains an Introduction to Arbitration as well as a detailed overview over the law and practice of arbitration in 32 jurisdictions in Europe and beyond. The majority of chapters has been authored by CMS lawyers who mainly act in the jurisdictions concerned. Additionally, our colleagues from Minter Ellison, Khaitan & Co, Setterwalls and Hergüner Bilgen Özeke have provided chapters on arbitration in Australia, Singapore, India, Sweden and Turkiye.

The second volume of the Guide contains information and arbitration materials that are regular reference materials for anyone involved in arbitration.
