Acquisition of Goëmar by Arysta LifeScience Limited: CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advises Goëmar’s management

CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advised the main director of Goëmar on the acquisition of the group by Arysta LifeScience Limited from BeCapital and Pechel Industries.

Goëmar is based in Saint-Malo, France, and is a global manufacturer and supplier of biostimulation, biocontrol and innovative nutrition for plants, including Physio Activator and natural defence technologies.

The director of Goëmar was advised in relation to this transaction by CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre with Philippe Rosenpick (partner), Arnaud Hugot (partner), Alexandre Delhaye, Emmanuelle Brunel and Alexandre Morel for Corporate/M&A aspects and Lionel Lenczner (partner) for tax aspects.
