Acquisition of Park'A | CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advises Interparking France

CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advised Interparking France within the scope of its acquisition of all shares of Park'A from CIXIS, a subsidiary of the Financière Duval Group.

Park’A currently operates 17 car parks in Paris, Antibes, Nîmes and Cherbourg. In the future, car parks in Castres, Limoges, Bourges and Salon de Provence will be added. These locations will significantly strengthen the presence of the Interparking Group in France. The portfolio of Interparking France now consists of 50 car parks and more than 23,000 parking spaces on- and off-street in 14 cities.

The CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre team for this case consisted of Christophe Blondeau (partner) and Thomas Bortoli for the corporate aspects, Philippe Riglet (partner), Geraldine Machinet and Sandra Kabla for the real estate aspects, Pierre Carcelero for the tax aspects, Corinne Reinbold for the VAT aspects, Pierre Bonneau (partner) and Ghislain Dintzner for the employment and pension aspects and Vanessa Chiffert for the direct local tax aspects.

The seller (Financière Duval) was advised in-house.
