Bond of Fonroche Investissements: CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advisor to the issuer

Fonroche Investissements, a subsidiary of the Fonroche Group, put in place bond financing enabling a 25 million euro fund-raising, divided into two tranches of 15 million and 10 million euros, with ACOFI Gestion. This financing is secured by long-term energy supply contracts concluded for the Group's solar plants.

This financing will reinforce the Group's equity by supporting the development of new solar projects in France and abroad.

The Fonroche Group, which specialises in renewable energies and is a French leader in the manufacture of photovoltaic panels, has established a unique development model allowing it to manage its projects' entire value chain, from design to installation and financial engineering to operations and maintenance. The group of 200 employees has installed over 410 large solar plants in France and abroad, representing more than 288 MWc. In addition to its solar activity, Fonroche has developed expertise in autonomous solar lighting, biogas and deep geothermal energy.

For this transaction, CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre acted as advisor to the Fonroche Group. The CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre team comprised Marc-Etienne Sébire, partner, and Charles Tissier and Myriam Issad, associates.

ACOFI Gestion (managers: Eric Manchon and Philippe Garrel) participated via its economic lending fund, PREDIREC ENR 2030. It was advised by Watson Farley & Williams, whose team comprised Laurence Martinez-Bellet, partner, and Olivier Challine and Lamia Benzine, associates.
