CMS BFL advisor to Crédit Agricole Leasing for installing a broadband Internet connection

CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advises Crédit Agricole Leasing for financing a public-private partnership to setting up a broadband network.

CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre intervened to implement the financing of a broadband communication network within the department of Hautes-Pyrénées.

In February 2010, the department of Hautes-Pyrénées has entered into with a grouping made up of ETDE/Axione (Bouygues Group) and Barclays Private Equity a contract of partnership pertaining the financing, the setting up and the running of a broadband Internet connection in the department. This contract of partnership has been transferred to the "Hautes-Pyrénées Numerique" project company, formed by the grouping. This project has been financed by Crédit Agricole Leasing, a specialized subsidiary of the Crédit Agricole Group, which so pursues its activities in the matter of financing of public-private partnership.

CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre intervened as advisor to Crédit Agricole Leasing, in charge of the drafting of the legal knowledge on financing.
