CM-CIC Capital Finance, an Aplix Group partner since 1988, has increased its holding to 37 % as part of its capital reorganisation. The new arrangement has enabled the legal structure to be simplified while at the same time enhancing the family nature of the group, one of its key assets for developing in an harmonious style.

Legal and tax advice for this operation was provided to the Aplix Group by CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre with Jean-Robert Bousquet (partner), Jean-Charles Daguin and Cécile Leclerc handling corporate issues, Pierre Le Roux (partner) and Lionel Bogey handling tax and Grégory Benteux handling finance.

CM-CIC Capital Finance was advised by LB Avocats (Youna Le Bour-Feillard), Orsay (Frédérique Milotic) and de Gaulle, Fleurance et Associés (Fédéric Ruppert).
