CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre Advises France Paquets

CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre is advising the shareholders of France Paquets in the sale of their shares to ID Logistics.

CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre is advising the shareholders of France Paquets, a well-known package delivery company, on the sale of all their shares to ID Logistics, one of France’s leading contract logistics firms.

With annual revenues of around €10 million and some 60 employees in France, France Paquets is a leading French package delivery company. Its mechanized platform in Aulnay-Sous-Bois, near Paris, can handle up to 300,000 packages a day under service contracts with a variety of partners, notably ColiPoste (Groupe La Poste), as well as Arvato, STPP (Group Lagardère) and Tessi.

France Paquets' services facilitate delivery to end-recipients in terms of both logistics, by creating uniform batches of ready-to-distribute packages, and expense, by reducing the cost of upstream preparation.

With this acquisition, ID Logistics will gain an attractive supply chain resource to enhance its e-commerce offer.

The CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre team included Luc Jallais, Partner, advising on tax matters, and Christophe Blondeau, Partner, advising on corporate matters.
