CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre Lyon joins forces with the town of Aime-La-Plagne to set out the contractual and operational arrangements for Plagne Aime 2000

Pierre & Vacances-Center Parcs Group and architects Wilmotte & Associés have been selected, as part of the project to upgrade the site of Plagne Aime 2000, to help carry out a development and construction project under the new tourism facility programme to create the "fifth-generation resort". This 53,000 sq. m undertaking calls for an outlay of over €200 million, and is divided into three stages:

  • A Pierre & Vacances Premium residence comprising about 120 flats, with upscale amenities and recreational areas (swimming pool, solarium, etc.);
  • A Pierre & Vacances Famille complex comprising about 370 flats, with a leisure centre and water park. This complex will also have a shopping centre, several patio areas, seminar rooms, a daycare centre and a restaurant with a panoramic view;
  • A hotel comprising about 160 rooms, with a spa and wellness centre as well as a party area with club facilities.

The concession agreement for this major undertaking was signed on Friday, 19 May 2017. Delivery of the first stage is scheduled for winter 2019.
