CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advised Accor on the sale of three hotels in France and Italy to Invesco Real Estate Fund

The Accor Group sold the Pullman La Défense (Paris), Novotel Roma La Rustica and Mercure Corso Trieste (Rome) hotels to the Luxembourg investment fund, Invesco Real Estate Fund.

The Pullman La Défense hotel will continue to be run by Accor after the sale pursuant to a hotel management agreement and the Novotel Roma La Rustica and Mercure Corso Trieste hotels will be leased to an Italian subsidiary of the Accor Group pursuant to a lease agreement.

Invesco Real Estate Fund was advised by the SJ Berwin’s teams comprised of Vincent Lassalle, Ann Ly Ky, Partners, Charles Amar, Lawyer, for French matters, and Mario Botte, Partner, and Enrico Raso for Italian matters. Invesco Real Estate Fund was also provided with assistance in France by Bertrand Bonneau from the firm of notaries, Begon Herbert Bougeard Brulon.
