CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advised Ramsay Générale de Santé in the sale of the Sévigné Private Hospital to the Vivalto Santé Group

CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advised Ramsay Générale de Santé in the disposal by its subsidiary Compagnie Générale de Santé of its capital in the Sévigné Private Hospital to the Vivalto Santé group.

The Sévigné Private Hospital, located in Cesson-Sévigné, near to Rennes, has 220 beds and places, 65 of which are in outpatient services. It had around 26,000 admissions in 2015. The purchase of this hospital supplements the healthcare offer of the Vivalto Santé group, which already runs services in the Rennes area at the CHP Saint Grégoire private healthcare clinic.

The Ramsay Générale de Santé group is the leading provider of private hospital care in France. It owns more than 120 hospitals, clinics and healthcare centres, which welcomed and cared for around 1.6 million patients in 2016. The Ramsay Générale de Santé group recorded an annual turnover in excess of 2.226 billion Euros for the financial year ending 30 June 2016.

For this transaction, Ramsay Générale de Santé was advised by CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre with Arnaud Hugot, partner, Virginie Corbet-Picard and Pierre Bondu on corporate matters.

Vivalto Santé was advised by BCW & Associés with Luc Castagnet and Elodie de Jaham.
