CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advises CompuGroup Medical AG on the acquisition of vision4health

CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre was advisor to CompuGroup Medical AG, one of the leading eHealth companies in the world, regarding the acquisition of vision4health Laufenberg & Co., a leading publisher of innovative software for laboratories and diagnostic activities in Europe.

This transaction allowed CompuGroup Medical AG to considerably strengthen its position in the laboratory information systems market and paves the way for new strategic options in terms of networks for healthcare and health services providers.

The agreement includes the acquisition by CompuGroup Medical AG of all significant assets and shares in the vision4health group in Germany, Switzerland, Belgium and France.

With more than 200 installed systems all over Europe, vision4health is one of Europe’s leading suppliers of laboratory information systems. Its customers include some of the largest and most prestigious hospitals and private laboratory groups.
