CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advises Deezer in its alliance with ProSiebenSat.1

CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre provided tax consulting services to the French music streaming platform Deezer in its alliance with the German media company ProSiebenSat.1.

Through this strategic partnership, Deezer intends to continue to expand in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

This transaction notably involves the merger of Ampya, ProSiebenSat.1’s streaming service, with Deezer under complex and innovative terms.

For this transaction, Deezer was advised in tax-related matters by Michel Collet, Partner at CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre. His corporate advisor was Aurélia Touati from LTA Avocats.
