CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advises Interflora’s management on the sale of the group to LFPI and Montefiore Investment.

After four years in the fold of the Chevrillon and HLD groups, the Lyon-based specialist in delivering Interflora flowers, with over €150 M of revenue, is due to join LFPI and Montefiore Investment.

In fact, Chevrillon and HLD have just entered into exclusive talks with LFPI and Montefiore Investment with a view to selling them Interflora. Subject to the approval of the competition authorities and the consultation of the staff representative authorities, the final documentation is planned to be signed in the second quarter of 2015.

For this deal, the CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre team comprises Philippe Rosenpick and Alexandre Delhaye, partners in corporate law, and Laurent Hepp, partner, and Philippe Gosset, associate in tax law.

The Chevrillon and HLD groups are advised by Weil, Gotshal & Manges. LFPI and Montefiore Investment are advised by Agilys Avocats.
