CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advises Médipôle Partenaires on the sale of three clinics in Paris

CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advised the Médipôle Partenaires group on the sale to the Hexagone group of all of its holdings in the share capital of Clinique de Bercy, Clinique du Louvre and Clinique Paul Doumer, which operate respectively the Clinique de Bercy, Clinique du Louvre and Clinique du Trocadéro.

For this transaction, Médipôle Partenaires was advised from a legal and tax perspective by CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre and specifically by Arnaud Hugot (partner) and Edouard Theret for corporate aspects, Jean-Charles Benois for tax aspects and Xavier Cambier for employment law.

Hexagone was advised from a legal standpoint by Reed Smith and specifically by Benoît Charot (partner) and Alexandre Brossier for corporate aspects, Aurélien Jugand for financing aspects and Séverine Martel (partner) for employment law.
