CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advises Mr Daniel Gallou on the acquisition of a hotel near Marne-la-Vallée

CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advised Mr Daniel Gallou, founder of Cité Marine, the French leader in battered fish, on his acquisition, via a dedicated vehicle, of CEHIE, a company operating the Hôtel l'Elysée Val d’Europe (152 rooms) in Serris (Seine-et-Marne), immediately adjacent to the Disneyland Paris amusement park.

This acquisition was made from a consortium of vendors including Société Parisienne d'Investissements et de Développement, one of whose shareholders is Mr Patrick Olivier Picourt the former Managing Director of Accor and Chairman of the Startom Group.

The CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre teams comprised Christophe Blondeau (partner), Thomas Bortoli and Cécile Leclerc for Corporate/M&A aspects, Luc Jaillais (partner) and Jean-Charles Benois for tax aspects.

The financial advisor was CERA with Philippe Sallé and Nady Bendaoud.

The vendors were advised by Marie-Laure Deligarde.

The broker was InExtenso with Guy Boulo.
