CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advises NGE on merger with Cardinal Edifice

CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advised NGE Group on its merger with Cardinal Edifice Group.

The merger will form a civil engineering group with more than EUR 1.6bn in turnover and some 9,000 employees, and will enable the new entity to position itself as a leading player in the infrastructure and building sector.
This transaction confirms NGE's ambition to expand the multi-sector services it offers in France and internationally for the management of construction programmes.

The CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre team advising NGE Group comprised Christophe Lefaillet (partner), Isabelle Prodhomme (associate counsel), Adeline Benoit and Matthieu Rollin for Corporate aspects, Virginie Coursière-Pluntz (associate counsel) for Competition aspects and Pierre Bonneau (partner) for Employment Law aspects.
