CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advises Nexira on the buyback of Edmond de Rotschild's Stake

CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advised Nexira International and its family shareholders on the buyback of 24% of its capital previously held by Edmond de Rothschild Investment Partners through its Winch Capital 2 fund.

Nexira is a global supplier of natural innovative ingredients for the food, nutrition and health industries. This transaction, financed in part by Crédit Agricole Normandie-Seine, means that the Dondain family wholly owns Nexira, reinforcing its independence.

The CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre team that advised Nexira and its family shareholders, on both the tax and legal structure as well as its financing, included Grégory Benteux (partner) and Alexandre Chazot for banking aspects, Ludovic Duguet for tax aspects and François de Gabrielli for corporate law.

The firm Sorej also advised Nexira (Gilles Huguenin and Sandrine Fraxe) on aspects involving corporate law.
The CRCAM Normandie Seine was advised by the firm Cornet Vincent Ségurel (André Watbot and Charles-Henri Prioul).
