CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advised Vivalto Santé group in connection with the transfer to Elsan group of 80% of the share capital of Clinique Sourdille, jointly with some doctors. Clinique Sourdille is a company operating a clinic of the same name in Nantes specialising in ophthalmology.
