CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre and CMS Hasche Sigle Award 2011 awarded in 2012

CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre and CMS Hasche Sigle are pleased to announce that Annika Jo Heinrich won the 2011 award for her study on "Cross-border dividends of corporate enterprises: a comparison of the French and German taxation systems with special regard to EU law”.

Annika holds a Maîtrise de Droit (Master I), University of Paris XII, France specialization in French and international business law and a Magister Iuris (Mag. Iur.) in German and foreign law, University of Mainz, Germany.

The CMS Franco-German Award was jointly created by CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre and CMS Hasche Sigle in 2005 and is awarded to a post-graduate student, a doctoral student or a business school student for a dissertation or a work placement report on a legal or taxation topic relating to French and German matters. This award was created in the scope of the work by the Franco-German group formed by CMS to promote legal and taxation advice relating to France and Germany.

It is jointly organised by François Hellio, Partner at CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre and Gerd Leutner, Partner at CMS Hasche Sigle. The award was given at the occasion of the Annual Franco-German conference on “Social competitivity” which took place at the Goethe Institute in Paris last month.
