CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre and the CMS Luxembourg, Germany and Switzerland teams advise Novelis Inc. on its sale of three plants to American Industrial Acquisition Corporation

CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre and the CMS Luxembourg, Germany and Switzerland teams today announced that they advised Novelis Inc., the world's leading manufacturer of aluminium rolled products, on its disposal of three European aluminium sheet plants to American Industrial Acquisition Corporation (AIAC).

Four firms in the CMS network were mobilised to advise Novelis Inc. on all legal aspects of the transaction. These included CMS von Erlach Henrici, CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre, CMS DeBacker Luxembourg and CMS Hasche Sigle. The transaction was coordinated at Novelis Inc.'s European headquarters by André E. Lebrecht, Partner at CMS von Erlach Henrici, Switzerland.
