CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre co-opts a new partner

CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre is pleased to announce the co-option of a new partner, Olivier Dutheillet de Lamothe, who joined the firm in December 2014 as Of Counsel with responsibility for the Doctrine section of the Employment Law Department, including scientific management and knowledge management.

A graduate of the ENA (National School of Administration), he is a member of the Council of State, was Director of Labour Relations at the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Vocational Training (1987-1995), employment law advisor to the French President (1995-1997), then Deputy General Secretary to the French President (1997-2000).

He was a member of the Constitutional Council from 2001 to 2010.

From 2011 to 2014, he chaired the employment law section of the Council of State which provides a legal opinion to the government on all draft laws and decrees in the field of employment law. He has therefore played an active role in drafting major recent laws (employment security, retirement, vocational training, employment and social democracy).

The Employment Law department of CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre is the largest Employment Law department in any multidisciplinary business law firm, with 65 associates, including 15 partners.
