CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advises lenders on Bastide Group's syndicated Loan

19/07/2017

CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advised the lenders on the Bastide group’s syndicated loan.

The Bastide group, a specialist in home healthcare provision, healthcare institutions and homecare services, has concluded a new syndicated loan for a maximum principal amount of €155 million, designed to refinance a previous syndicated loan concluded in 2016 for €90 million and provide €65 million in new funding.

The syndicated loan includes a refinancing loan comprising an amortisable tranche of €25 million and a tranche payable on maturity of €50 million, as well as a revolving credit for a maximum principal amount of €80 million.

It was concluded with Natixis and Société Générale Corporate Investment Banking as mandated lead arrangers and bookrunners and a banking pool of 10 credit institutions as lenders, which had previously been partners and took this opportunity to demonstrate their continued confidence in the group.

For this transaction, the CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre team advising the lenders comprised Benjamin Guilleminot (counsel) and Benoît Fournier for financing aspects.

The borrower was advised by Corentin Coatelem (partner) and Charles Connesson from the firm De Pardieu Brocas Maffei.
