CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre was counsel for Chequers Partenaires and Honotel Développement for the transfer of a portfolio of 7 hotels on 30 October to a fund managed by Swiss Life REIM (France).

For this transaction, the CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre team advising Chequers Partenaires and Honotel Développement consisted of Christophe Blondeau (Partner), Benoît Gomel and Adeline Benoît for Corporate/M&A matters, and Laurent Hepp (Partner) and Philippe Gosset for tax matters.
