New listed Euro PP by ITM Entreprises: CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advisor to Natixis

On 20 July 2016, ITM Entreprises, an operating structure encompassing the brands Intermarché, Netto, Bricomarché, Brico Cash, Roady and Poivre brands as well as the real-estate division and the agri-food division of the Groupement des Mousquetaires, successfully completed a listed bond issue, taken up by institutional investors, for a total nominal amount of €50,000,000. The bonds bear interest at a rate of 2.25% and mature on 20 July 2023.

ITM Entreprises, an unlisted and unrated company, completed its issue in the context of a private bond placement (Euro PP) arranged by Natixis, with a listing on the Euronext Marché Libre Paris.

For this operation, CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre was advisor to the Lead Arranger, Natixis. The CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre team comprised Marc-Etienne Sébire, partner, and Charles Tissier, associate.
