New management Board for CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre

On 8 June 2012, the Supervisory Board of CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre appointed the following members to the Management Board: Didier Gingembre, Gérard Kling and Laurent Marquet de Vasselot, Partners. Didier Gingembre was appointed Chairman of the Management Board, and Gérard Kling and Laurent Marquet de Vasselot were appointed members of the Management Board.

The appointments will be effective 1 July 2012 for a period of four years.

Didier Gingembre, 63, joined CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre in 1975. A Partner since 1986, he became a member of the Supervisory Board in 2000, serving as its Chairman until 2003. He has been Managing Director since 2008. Mr Gingembre is a graduate of Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (1973) and holds a post-graduate law degree from Université de Paris X-Nanterre (1973). He is specialised in income tax law.

Gérard Kling, 58, joined CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre in 1978. Appointed Partner in 1989, he was a member of the Supervisory Board (2003-2006), before serving as Vice-Chairman (2006-2009). Specialised in banking law, Mr Kling holds a Master’s in law from Université de Strasbourg and a post-graduate business law degree from Université de Montpellier (1978).

Laurent Marquet de Vasselot, 50, began his career at Philips (1985-1991) before joining CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre in 1991. He was appointed Partner in 1998 and has been a member of the Supervisory Board since 2009. Mr Marquet de Vasselot is a graduate of Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (1984) and holds a post-graduate law degree. Doctor in Law, he specialises in labour law and teaches at Université Panthéon Assas-Paris II. In 2006, he was admitted to the French Bar Council.
