Nicolas de Sevin elected to the Chairmanship of AvoSial

AvoSial has elected its new Chairman in the person of Nicolas de Sevin, partner and member of the Supervisory Board of CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre. Nicolas de Sevin succeeds Hubert Flichy, a partner at Flichy Grangé Avocats and founder of AvoSial, which he has chaired for ten years. Hubert Flichy becomes the association's Honorary Chairman.

Yesterday Nicolas de Sevin was elected to the Chairmanship of AvoSial. "I am honoured by this office and would like to thank the members of AvoSial for their trust in me. I would also like to pay tribute to our Honorary Chairman, Hubert Flichy, who has achieved a great deal at the head of AvoSial. I am firmly committed to his action to provide the voice and contributions of our members to the major employment and pensions projects", he declared.

Nicolas de Sevin joined CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre in 1983, where he has practised law as a Partner since 1989. A former member of the Management Board, he has now been a member of the firm's Supervisory Board since July 2012. He was a member of the Hauts-de-Seine Bar Council from 1996 to 1998.

Nicolas de Sevin is specialised in employment law and his areas of practice cover both consulting and collective litigation.

A graduate of the Institut d'Études Politiques in Paris (1981), Nicolas de Sevin also holds a DEA (post-graduate diploma) in employment law from the Université Paris II – Panthéon-Assas (1983).
