Sake of the Sogecler group which operates the Clinique de la Grande Bleue and Clinique de l'Arc en Ciel in Epinal to the Clinique Louis Pasteur Group

Sale of the SOGECLER group, which operates the Clinique de la Ligne Bleue (292 beds) and the Clinique de l’Arc en Ciel (45 beds) in Epinal to the Clinique Louis Pasteur group.

CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre was legal advisor to the physician partners of the SOGECLER group which operates the Clinique de la Ligne Bleue and the Clinique de l’Arc en Ciel in Epinal, as part of the sale of their entire capital to the Clinique Louis Pasteur and reinvestment by some sellers in the Clinique Louis Pasteur, on 31 May 2016.

For this transaction, the CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre team comprised Arnaud Hugot (partner) and Benoît Gomel for Corporate/M&A aspects, Pierre Le Roux (partner) and Guillaume Duchêne for tax aspects and Xavier Cambier for employment law aspects.

The sellers were also advised on financial aspects by BNP Paribas with Alexandre Bault, Virginie Scotto and Christine Benhamou.
