Sale of Micro Technologies Innovations to Urmet France | CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advises vendors

CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advised Mr and Mrs Roux in the context of the sale of their company Micro Technologies Innovations to Urmet France, the French leader in interphones and control solutions.

Micro Techonologie Innovations is a specialist in the study, manufacture and distribution of electronic, computer and automation equipment particularly applied to home automation.

The vendors were advised on this transaction by CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre with Isabelle Buffard-Bastide (partner) and Muriel Nya providing advice on Corporate aspects and Hubert Bresson (partner) and Stéphanie Riou covering tax aspects.

The purchaser, on the other hand, was advised by Fabrice Ségurel (partner), Clémence Baron and Aurélien Méralo of the Artlex firm.
