CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advises the funds managed by ACG Capital and their partners on the sale of a majority stake in the Belambra Group to Caravelle.

CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advised the funds managed by ACG Capital and their partners on the sale of the entire share capital of Financière de la Santoline, the company holding a majority stake in the Belambra Group (the remainder of the share capital being held by Caisse des Dépôts), to Caravelle.

The Belambra Group is the leading holiday club company in France, with 54 sites receiving 500,000 customers per year.

The team at CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre consisted of Christophe Blondeau (Partner), Thomas Bortoli and Cécile Sommelet for the corporate/M&A aspects, and Laurent Hepp (Partner) and Jean-Charles Benois for the tax-related aspects.

Caravelle was advised by Eric Delattre (Avok).

Caisse des Dépôts was advised by Jean-François Pourdieu (Partner), Maxime Dequesne (Counsel) and Alexandre Wibaux of the law firm De Pardieu Brocas Maffei.

For their part the Belambra Group and its managers were advised by Jean-Pascal Amoros (Partner), Caroline Ackermann (Partner) and Clémentine Rieu of Fidal.
