Sale of the Hôtel Cambronne | CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advises the buyer

CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre was the advisor to a private industrialist assisted by Huchet-Demorge for the business acquisition of the Hôtel Cambronne from a hotelier.

This hotel, located at 166 Boulevard de Grenelle in Paris (15th arrondissement) has three stars under the new standards and has 50 rooms.

For this transaction, the CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre team advising the buyer comprised Christophe Blondeau (partner), Thomas Bortoli and Cécile Leclerc for Corporate/M&A aspects and François Charpail (partner) for tax aspects.

The buyer, meanwhile, was advised by AARPI AGID WAGNON with Bruno Agid (partner).
