Aurore-Emmanuelle joined the Energy team as an associate in January 2010, having practiced in the telecoms sector with law firm Bird & Bird. She has specific expertise in energy (both renewable and fossil fuels) and telecommunications.

Aurore-Emmanuelle assists clients with defining strategies for their regulated industrial activities and her practice encompasses both advice and litigation: contributing to the development of new laws and regulations, regulatory due diligence in acquisition transactions, drafting and negotiation of strategic agreements and assistance with pre-litigation and litigation before national regulatory authorities and civil and administrative courts.
