Benoît Foucher has been a lawyer in the International Taxation Department of CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats since January 2006. He advises and litigates in the field of company taxation. He advises French and international banks on the financial aspects of structured financing. He also advises investment funds in all aspects of acquisition operations (audit, structuring, financing).
