Camla Boulkout has been an associate within the Employment Law Department of CMS Francis Lefebvre Lyon Avocats since May 2014.

She acts as an advisor and is involved in labour law, criminal labour law and social welfare law litigation.

She advises companies on the legal aspects of individual and collective labour relations, as well as social welfare, on a daily basis.

She has a wealth of experience in the field of personnel representation and the management of labour relations: day-to-day assistance for numerous companies and organisations in this area, various disputes (incapacity, breach of contract, establishing agreements, employees’ representative bodies, regular training (employment news, collective negotiation, etc.)). 

She is also a lecturer at the Université Jean Moulin, Lyon 3, for the Master 1 in Employment Law and Labour Relations and regularly speaks at conferences and delivers training for the firm's clients.

She advises companies in all business sectors (metals, construction and public works, transport, hospitality and catering, advertising, wholesale, real estate, thermal equipment, etc.) on the management of their various projects.
