Carole Rometti is a Counsel in the Employment Law Department of CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats. She provides her clients with expert advice in the fields of employment law and social security law. She advises companies on all legal aspects of individual and collective employment relations and on matters of social security law. She has extensive experience in these fields, providing daily advice to a number of corporate clients, primarily regarding issues with their employees (from recruitment to termination of the employment contract) and with staff representatives (information and consultation of staff representatives, collective bargaining with trade-unions, etc.), with setting up profit-sharing schemes or with regard to social contribution audits. She also has a solid background in restructurings (the corporate implications of mergers, estate transfers, management leases, etc) and reorganisations (amendment of employment contracts, company relocations, redundancy). Carole Rometti joined CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats in 1985.
